This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and keep personal information through dtfwholesale.com, our wholesale request and scheduling pages, the customer portal at portal.dtfwholesale.com (the "Portal"), our emails, calls, and text messages, and our advertising (together, the "Services").
This Policy does not cover the separate DTFSheet.com online store, which has its own privacy policy, or third-party sites and services that publish their own policies.
Notice at collection. The categories of information we collect, the purposes we use them for, who receives them, and how long we keep them are described in Sections 1 through 7. Your state privacy rights, and how to use them, are in Section 10.
Mobile Messaging Privacy and Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information includes mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text-messaging consent records.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and service providers that deliver and support DTF Wholesale's text-messaging program. Those providers may use this information only to deliver or support the messaging program on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
If you opt in through the disclosure shown on our website, you may receive recurring automated text messages from DTF Wholesale about your wholesale request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and requested follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The complete website opt-in process and disclosure are documented on our public SMS Consent page.

3How We Use Personal Information
To provide the Services, including to:
- save and review your wholesale request, show relevant next steps, and schedule, hold, and follow up on calls;
- create and manage your account and its users, and apply your pricing, cash balance, and account credit;

To improve the Services, including to understand how visitors use our pages, where requests stall, and how to make ordering easier.
For marketing and advertising, including to tell you about our services and offers, run offer and referral programs, and measure and improve our ads as described in Section 2.
For compliance and protection, including to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, duplicate accounts, offer and referral abuse, and security incidents; respond to infringement complaints and enforce our Artwork and Intellectual Property Policy; keep business, tax, and legal records; enforce our Terms; and comply with law and legal process.
To create de-identified data. We may create aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you and use it for lawful business purposes, such as analyzing our business. We do not try to re-identify it.
We will ask for your consent before using personal information for a purpose that is materially different from those above when the law requires it.
4Automated Decisions
Our request pages use your answers, such as your location and weekly volume, to route your request and decide which next steps or scheduling options to show you. Account credit and referral rewards are granted, held, and reversed automatically under the rules on our Offers page, including automated checks for duplicate accounts and self-referrals. Our team can review any of these results, and makes the final decision on custom pricing, account approval, and contract terms. Email team@dtfwholesale.com if you want a person to review a result.
5Who Receives Personal Information
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes in Section 3, with:
- Hosting, database, authentication, and file storage providers, such as Vercel, Supabase, and Google Cloud, which store and run the Services, your account data, and your artwork on our behalf.
- Scheduling providers, such as Calendly, for availability, bookings, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Payment processors. Stripe processes card payments, deposits, refunds, and disputes. Card details go directly to Stripe, and we do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe uses payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Shipping providers, such as ShipStation and carriers like UPS, which receive recipient name, address, phone number, and package details to create labels and deliver orders.
- Communications providers, such as our email providers and the phone and messaging services we use to call and text you, and the messaging apps we use to send order and lead alerts to our own team. They act only as communication tools for us.

- Anyone you direct us to share with.
Service providers acting for us may use personal information only to provide services to us, follow our instructions, protect the Services, or comply with law. None of them may use mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent records for their own marketing.
6Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell sensitive personal information.
Our limited disclosure of online identifiers and website activity to Meta for advertising measurement may count as "sharing," a "sale," or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. It never includes mobile information, SMS opt-in data, text-message content, or messaging consent records, and it never includes Portal data. It does not happen at all for browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal (Section 8). You can also opt out as described in Section 10.
During the past 12 months we disclosed identifiers, internet activity, business and professional information, commercial information, and related inferences only to the recipients and for the purposes described in this Policy. For targeted advertising and advertising measurement, we disclosed only online identifiers, internet activity, and hashed name and email to Meta.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 18. We do not offer a price, service level, or financial incentive in exchange for permission to sell or share personal information.
7How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this Policy, including legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and dispute needs. In deciding how long, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the risk of harm from misuse, why we hold it, whether we can meet that purpose another way, and what the law requires. In general:
- wholesale requests from people who do not become customers are kept while we may still be in touch about the request, and then deleted or de-identified;
- website and request-page analytics are kept while useful for understanding and improving the Services;
- information stored in your browser stays until it is sent, it expires, or you clear it;
- order, payment, balance, credit, and tax records, including resale certificates, are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and other laws require;
- artwork, saved designs, and print files are kept as described in Section 8 of our Artwork and Intellectual Property Policy, and you can ask us to delete artwork at any time, subject to records we must keep;
- account information and acceptance records are kept while your account is open and afterward as long as needed for the records above, a legal claim, or fraud prevention;
- call recordings and transcripts are kept as long as needed for quality and records; and
- text-message opt-out records are kept as long as needed to honor your choice.
When we no longer need personal information, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.
8Your Choices
Account information. You can view and update most account information in the Portal.
Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us. You will still receive transactional and account messages.
Text messages. Text messages are optional. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. After you reply STOP, we stop texting that number unless you opt in again. We keep a small suppression record so we can honor your choice, and we may still reach you by email or phone about a request, booking, or order you started.
Calls. If you give us your phone number with a request, a booking, or your account, our team may call you about it. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and records. Email team@dtfwholesale.com if you do not want to be called.
Cookies. You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect your progress through our request pages or booking. You can also use industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool. These tools may not apply to information we already hold.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our website does not load the Meta Pixel and does not send Meta Conversions API events for that browser, and we treat the signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Do Not Track. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. You can opt out of targeted advertising with GPC or by email as described in Section 10.
Declining to provide information. We need some information to provide the Services. If you do not provide it, we may not be able to open an account, book a call, or fill an order.
9Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, limited staff access, and secure hosting and storage. Card data stays with Stripe. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee security. If you think your account or information has been compromised, tell us right away at team@dtfwholesale.com.
10Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Know and access: confirm whether we process your personal information, learn the categories we collect, their sources, our purposes, and who receives them, and get a copy;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information;
- Portability: get a portable copy of information you gave us;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects;
- Appeal our decision on your request; and
- Equal treatment: exercise these rights without discrimination.
Some state laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, do not apply to information about you acting in a business or employment role, and we must keep some records, such as order and tax records, even after a deletion request.
How to make a request. Email team@dtfwholesale.com with the subject Privacy Request and tell us which right you want to use. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the subject Targeted Advertising Opt Out, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (Section 8). We verify requests by matching the information you give us with what we hold, such as by confirming your email address, phone number, or account. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny it as the law allows. An authorized agent may make a request for you if they show proof of their authority, and we may still confirm the request with you.
Response time. We respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days, with an extension where the law allows.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing team@dtfwholesale.com with the subject Privacy Appeal and explaining why. We respond within the time the law requires. If a Texas appeal is denied, you may file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
Categories, sources, purposes, and recipients. During the past 12 months:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address, account and payment identifiers, advertising cookie and click identifiers) came from you, your device, Calendly, Stripe, and ad platforms. We used them for every purpose in Section 3 and disclosed them to the service providers in Section 5. We shared online identifiers and hashed name and email with Meta for advertising.
- Commercial information (orders, balance, credit, payment and shipping history) came from you, Stripe, and shipping providers. We used it to provide the Services, run offers, and keep records, and disclosed it to hosting, payment, shipping, and professional service providers.
- Business and professional information (business name, type, volume, tax ID, resale certificates) came from you and public sources. We used it to review requests, provide the Services, and handle tax, and disclosed it to hosting and professional service providers.
- Internet activity (pages, clicks, request-page progress) came from your device. We used it to run, improve, and secure the Services and to measure ads, and disclosed it to hosting providers and, for the public website only, Meta.
- Audio and electronic information (call recordings, artwork, photos) came from you. We used it to provide the Services, support, and quality review, and disclosed it to hosting, production, and AI service providers.
- Inferences (fit category, offer and referral eligibility) were derived from the above. We used them to route requests and run offers, and disclosed a limited fit category to Meta for ad measurement.
- Sensitive personal information: we collect account login credentials only to secure your account, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
California Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Nevada. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still send an opt-out request to team@dtfwholesale.com.
11Children
The Services are for business representatives who are at least 18. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it as the law requires.
12United States Service
We are based in the United States and serve businesses in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different privacy laws than where you live. The Services are not directed to people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
13Other Sites and Services
The Services link to and integrate with third-party websites and services, such as Calendly, Stripe, and social media. Their own privacy policies, not this Policy, govern the information they collect for their own purposes. We encourage you to read them.
14Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a new "Last Updated" date, and for material changes we will give any additional notice, or get any consent, the law requires. Changes take effect on the effective date shown at the top of this Policy. Continuing to use the Services on or after that date means you accept the current version.
